Sports Massage

It is developed especially for people engaging in physical activity to give an extra edge by speeding up removal of lactic acid build up and enhancing other physiological processes. This including pre and post event massages.


Personal Training

It involves exercise prescription, instruction, and motivation by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients by resistance and cardio workouts (special program can be developed also for competitive runners).


Nutrition

It is a source of materials to nourish the body to use it for growth, metabolism, and repair, as well as to perform at maximum capacity.
