What is an home personal training?

Home personal training is a type of training that is designed for the early stages of a work-out. This type of instruction is totally customized to individual needs. It would be perfect for beginners, elderly, and people with rehabilitative concerns. The exercises are performed at the convenience of your home without the need of any specialized equipment.

What is public area training?

This is higher level of training designed for population or athletes who want to enhance permanence for competition. This session takes up to 90 min and usually is performed at the local track or park. Look below for more details.



Can the personal training session prepare me for special events or sports?

Absolutely, our professional staff is specialized in preparing clients
for marathons, and other competitive events maximizing their performance threw sport specific programs that consist of nutrition, strength, power, endurance, speed, agility, quickness, functional training and more. We also offer nutrition counseling and personalized diet plans. Special rates apply.

What are the hours of operation?

We are open Mon-Fri 8am to 9 pm, Sat from 8am to 2pm, Sun from 10am to 2pm. Available also after hours (special rates apply).

What if I want to cancel or reschedule?

No problem. We kindly ask that you to give as minimum 24 hours notice by calling.

How long is the onsite personal training session?

The personal training instruction is performed for the 60 minutes, (up
to 90 min for performance enhancement trainings) The set up takes about 5 minutes. Our professional staff arrives 10 minutes early before the scheduled session to set up the equipment. You can extend on site sessions during your training if trainer's schedule allows to.

What do I need to prepare for an onsite personal training session?

Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to have a freedom of
movement. for home training clear a space of any obstacles. We will need a space close to 15 feet by 15 feet to perform the exercises. In the summer time, session can be instructed outside in your local park,
track, or even your backyard. We provide all the equipment necessary for the personal training session. They include: exercise mat, fitness ball, medicine ball, resistance bands, free weights, jump rope, ab wheel, foam roller, step deck, boxing equipment and many more.

How do I know the personal training session is right for me?

The Certified Health Fitness Specialist has a short pre-training
health-history consultation that can determine if your health status meets the criteria. In cases you need your doctor’s clearance we will
refund your money back. You must be 18 or older to receive a training. For clients younger than 18 written guardian permission is obtained.

Can I schedule a group personal training session?

We are happy to perform training sessions for groups. Please give us
at least 48 hours for scheduling if you have a group of more than 5 people. Special rates apply.

Can I ask my heath fitness specialist for credentials?

Yes, it is a company policy for the heath fitness specialists to carry
a copy of their certification.
